I'd recommend the cost of having them in your bible software... putting Sinaiticus/Vaticanus/Washingtonensis/Bezei up alongside each other with full search and markup is a great way to spend an afternoon. (ex. in Accordance: http://www.accordancebible.com/store/details/?pid=GNT-SI )
